Welcome to HungryPondy.com (“Website/App”, “we”, “us”, “our”), an online event-booking platform that enables event organizers to list and sell event tickets and enables customers to book and pay for events in Pondicherry, India.
By accessing or using HungryPondy.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.
01Definitions
“User” or “you” means a person using the Website/App either as an event organizer or as an attendee.
“Organizer” means any individual or business that lists and manages an event on HungryPondy.com.
“Event” means any public or private event listed on the platform for booking.
“Booking” means the purchase of one or more tickets for an Event via our platform.
02Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts to use our services. By using HungryPondy.com, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
03Use of Our Services
You agree to use the services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others.
You agree not to copy, duplicate, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the service for commercial purposes not authorized by us.
04Event Organizer Terms
HungryPondy.com provides Organizers with tools to create, manage, and sell tickets online.
By listing an event, the Organizer agrees that all information provided (dates, pricing, location, refunds, etc.) is accurate and current.
Organizers are solely responsible for the events they list, including compliance with applicable laws and local regulations.
05Booking & Payment
By completing a Booking, you agree to pay all charges listed at the time of purchase.
All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless otherwise specified.
Payment processing fees and service charges will be shown before checkout. Payments are processed securely through our payment partners; we do not store payment card information.
06Refunds & Cancellations
All bookings are final and non-refundable, except when an Event is officially canceled or postponed by the Organizer.
In case of cancellation:
- Organizers may choose to offer refunds or ticket credit.
- Processing may take 3–10 business days depending on bank timelines.
07Ticket Use
Tickets are valid only for the Event specified. You must bring a valid ID if required by the Organizer. Lost or stolen tickets are not the responsibility of HungryPondy.com.
08Intellectual Property
All content on HungryPondy.com (text, graphics, logos) is protected by copyright and may not be copied without permission.
09Privacy
Your use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. You agree to its terms whenever you use our services.
10Limitation of Liability
HungryPondy.com shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability will not exceed the total amount paid by you for using the platform.
11Termination
We may suspend access if you violate these Terms. Obligations incurred prior to termination must still be honored.
12Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pondicherry/Chennai.
